Cancellations

At Henna Florist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to make it right. We do not offer refunds, but we will happily provide a replacement or exchange for any flowers that do not meet our high standards of quality and freshness.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel orders that have already been prepared or shipped.
